課程目標 |
This module is designed for students to learn the physics of material and devices on the nanoscale. Major topics include the theory of solid-state, many-body, NEGF, and gauge physics in modern fields like spintronics, Dirac, and topological electronics. In short, this course provides fundamental theories of the future devices, and prepares students for the emerging era. |
